     Stuffed French Toast

Ingredients
loaf of French bread, cut in 2 inch slices
1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup egg substitute or (3 eggs)
½ cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla
8 oz cream cheese
seedless raspberry preserves
 

Instructions
Cut slits in the center of 1 ½-2 inch thick sliced French bread. Using your finger, stuff bread with 1 teaspoon of cream cheese and 1 teaspoon of seedless raspberry preserves. Dip in egg mixture and let soak for 30 seconds. Flip and soak for 30 more seconds. Place in sprayed pan and top each piece of bread with 1 tablespoon of topping.
Topping- 1 cup sliced almonds, ½ cup oatmeal, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons flour, ½ cup of maple syrup
Cover and freeze at this point. Thaw before cooking. Uncover and bake for 30 minutes in a 350 oven.
