3c choc chips

150g butter, chopped
|

3tbsp powdered coffee
|
|
3c castor sugar
|

6 eggs

3tsp vanilla extract
|

1 1/2c cocoa, extra for dusting

1/3 tsp baking soda
|
|
1 1/2c hazelnuts, toasted
|

1 1/2c choc chips
|
|
1c coffee-flavoured liqueur

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 180C. Grease tin
|
|
|
Combine choc chips, butter and coffee in a pot. Stir
over low heat, 4-5mins until melted. Set aside
|
|
|
Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla extract until thick and
pale. Fold in flour, cocoa and baking soda. Add choc
mix
|
|
|
Mix in hazelnuts, choc chips and liqueur. Bake for
25mins. Cool in pan, dust with extra cocoa and cut
into squares.
