1/2 cup peanut butter
|

1/4 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup soy sauce

1 1/2- 1 3/4 tsp Red pepper flakes

2 lbs. diced chicken
|
| |
1 Red bell pepper
|
| |
1 cucumber
|

3 green onions
|
| |
12 oz. cooked pasta
|

Instructions |

For sauce, combine all ingredients into a blender
and blend well.

Saute 2 lbs. of chicken
|
|

Add bell pepper, cucumber, and onions.

Toss with the 12 oz cooked pasta and sauce.
