     JAM BISCUITS

Ingredients
200g butter
3/4c icing sugar
1 3/4c flour
1/4c custard powder
Jam
Icing sugar, for dusting
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 170C
Cream and butter until smooth. Add flour and custard powder. Mix thoroughly
Roll into balls and place on biscuit tray. Using a floured handle of a wooden spoon, press into centre of each ball
Fill with jam. Bake for 20mins or until pale golden
