500g pasta twists
|
|
2 1/4c carrots, thinly sliced
|
|
2c small broccoli florets
|
|
1 medium red pepper, cut into thin strips
|
|
1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
|
|
1 1/2c celery, thinly sliced
|
|
1 medium red onion, chopped
|
|
DRESSING-
|
|
1c italian dressing
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook pasta according to packet directions, with no
salt
|
|
|
3mins before pasta is cooked, add carrots and
broccoli. Drain, rinse under cold water. Drain again
|
|
|
Combine peppers, celery and onion. Add pasta mix and
toss gently. Pour half the dressing over pasta; toss
well
|
|
|
Cover and chill for at least 1hr. Chill remaining
dressing separately. Serve salad with reserved
dressing
|
