Preheat oven to 450'. Put foil on baking sheet, place salmon skin
side down.
Rub salmon with southwest and lightly salt. Spread Mango sauce
over salmon and top with almonds.
Bake salmon 10-12 minutes or use the rule of thumb of 10 minutes
per inch of thickness. Baste with any extra sauce.
