      CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients
CRUST
1 1/3 c graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c sugar
6 T butter melted
INGREDIENTS
3 8 oz.pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c sugar
5 eggs
1 t grated lemon rinds
 
3 T flour
2 c sour cream
1 c heavy cream
juice 1/2 lemon
1 t vanilla

Instructions
Blend softened cream cheese, add sugar, eggs one at a time, sour cream, heavy cream, flour, vanilla, and lemon juice. Cook for one hour. Turn off oven and let sit overnight, about 8 hours Refrigerate. It is best o serve when it comes to room temperature. Bake 325 degrees 1 hour
