     Overnight French Toast

Ingredients
4 eggs, beaten2/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
8 (1/2 inch) slices Italian or French bread
1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup pecans
 

Instructions
Combine eggs, juice, milk, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Arange bread slices in a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish- pour egg mixture over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Pour butter evenly in a jellyrol pan - arrange bread in a single layer in pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Sprinkle nuts on top and continue to bake for 10 more minutes.
