     Corn Chowder

Ingredients
4 slices bacon
1 10-3/4 ounce can cream of potato soup
1 cup low-fat milk
1 11-ounce can corn niblets
Oyster crackers
 

Instructions
Cook the bacon and set aside. Pour the cream of potato soup into a saucepan. Add the milk and corn. Break up the cooked bacon into small pieces, then stir it into the saucepan. Heat for 5 minutes or until soup reaches a simmer. Serve with the oyster crackers.
