Mix shortening, sugar, pumpkin eggs, vanilla and
salt. Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and
cinnamon. Add to shortening mixture. Mix in
chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Frosting-
Heat margarine over medium heat - stir in sugar
and vanilla until smooth. Stir in milk until
smooth - add more milk if to thick. Frost when
cookies are cool.
