     Cranberry and White Chocolate Bread

Ingredients
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1/4 cup melted butter
2 eggs
 
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. Beat hard with a whisk until frothy. Add to the other bowl and stir well. Pour into pan and bake 50-60 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes then turn out on a wire rack.
