1 3 ounce cream cheese, softened
|
|
1 cup heavy cream
|
|
16 large marshmallows, quartered
|
|
1 pound fresh or frozen cranberries
|
|
1 medium red apple, cored and quartered
|
|
2 3 ounce packages of cherry gelatin
|
|
2 cup boiling water
|
|
1/2 cup chopped pecans
|
|
3/4 cup sugar
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Whip cream cheese in bowl until creamy gradually
adding heavy cream - DO NOT WHIP. Stir in
marshmallows, cover and chill overnight.

|
Grind cranberries and apples in food processor, add
sugar and set aside.
|
|
|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water - chill until
thick and syrupy. Fold in cranberry mixture and
pecans into a 12 x 8 pan. Cover and chill until
set.

|
Whip chilled marshmallow mixture at high speed
until thick and creamy. Spread over gelatin.
