115g butter, softened
1/2c castor sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
3/4c self-raising flour
2tbsp natural yoghurt
12 lollipop sticks
200g plain chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
Sugar sprinkles
Edible silver balls

Preheat oven to 180C. Line 12-hole muffin tray with patty cases
Put butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until mixture is light and creamy. Add eggs gradually, beating after each addition. Add flour and yoghurt, gently folding into mixture. Spoon into patty cases
Bake for 15-20mins until cakes spring back when pressed lightly and a skewer inserted into the middle of a cake comes out clean. Remove the cakes from the oven, turn out onto a wire rack and leave to cool
Remove cakes from the cases and press lollipop sticks into the top of each one. Put a sheet of greaseproof paper on the work surface. Hold each cake by the stick over the bowl of melted chocolate and spoon over several spoonfuls of the chocolate so that each cake is covered. Lay the lollipops on their sides on their sides on the greaseproof paper and cover the chocolate with sprinkles and silver balls. Leave the chocolate to set before serving
