     Pasta Salad

1 to 2 Tbs Olive Oil
2 to 3 yellow squash or zucc, cut on diagonal into 1/2 inch slices
2 red bell peppers, cored, seeded and quartered
12 oz. pasta of choice (i use mini pastas)
2 cups of spinach leaves or mixed greens
6 oz. fresh mozzarella (deli has small balls in a round plastic tub)
1 cup of grape tomatoes;halved
1 small onion thinly sliced
2 Tbs. Chopped basil
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
salt & pepper to taste

Preheat grill to medium heat. Brush squash and peppers with olive oil and grill until charred and tender. Set aside to cool. In a large bowl, toss cooked pasta and remaining ingredients. Add cooked veggies and serve.
