1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

1 cup frozen sweet corn, thawed

2 tbsp chopped cilantro

Salt and pepper to taste

4 cups salad greens
|

1 avocado, cut into bite size pieces
|
|
1/2 pkg popcorn chicken, prepared
|
|
3/4 cup ranch dressing
|
|
1 cup corn tortilla strips
|

Instructions |

|
Combine onion, red pepper, tomato, beans, corn, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
