     Easy homemade Mac and Cheese

Preptime   15 minutes - baking

1/2 stick butter
2 Tbsp flour
1 1/2 cups warm milk
6-7 cheese singles
2 cups uncooked macaroni
salt and peper to taste

Preheat over to 350. Cook 2 cups of macaroni, al dente, according to package directions. Don't overcook since it will bake for 25 mins. Drain and place in greased casserole dish.
Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour to make a roux, stir to incorporate flour for a few minutes. Slowly add warm milk stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add cheese slices to thickened sauce and stir until melted.
Pour over macaroni, stir and bake covered for 25 minutes. Or skip this step (make sure macaroni is cooked a little longer) and serve.
