mix hamburger, onion, bread dices, eggs, salt and pepper and place in pan. Then mix the ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce together and spread on top. Bake for an hour and 30 min at 350. Sometimes I let it cook for an hour and 45-I cover it 1/2 the time with tin foil and other 1/2 of time w/o tinfoil.
