Put grapes in bottom of quart jar. Next put sugar in jar. Pour boiling water (about 1/4 inch) into bottom of jar (stir until sugar is dissolved. Fill the jar the rest of the way with cold water.
Place jars in hot water bath for about 30 mins.
Double recipe (use less jars - juice will be more concentrated)-
2 cups grapes
3/4 cup sugar
When jar is opened dilute juice before drinking.
