     Canning Apple Pie Filling

4 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cornstarch
10 cups water
1 1/2 Tablespoon cinnamon
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
apples peeled and thinly sliced

Cook sugar, cornstarch, water, cinnamon until thick. Then add lemon juice
Fill jars 3/4 or more full of apples. Pour syrup in till top. Hot water bath for 20 mins.
