Cover completely with approx. 3-4 cups of your
favorite salsa.
Cook in Crockpot on high for 4-5 Hrs. Just before
serving, shred chicken in Crockpot and allow to soak
in sauce in for another 15 minutes or so.
Serve in warm tortillas topped with cheese, sour
cream and guacamole. Or, if you prefer, serve as
mexican spree over rice, then broken tortilla chips,
then sauce, then cheese, sour cream etc. Enjoy!
