Heat oil in a dutch oven or large pot over medium
heat. Add onion, garlic, and green pepper. Cook
until onion is translucent, about 10 minutes. Add
turkey, and cook until browned, about 7-10
minutes, using a wooden spoon to break up lumps.
Add spices and stir. Add beer, and cook 10 more
minutes. Add beans and tomatoes and cover.
Reduce heat, and simmer for an hour.
