     Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
4 med. green onions with tops
1 can (16 oz.) artichoke hearts
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Crackers, pita bread or cocktail rye bread
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Peel and chop green onions.
Drain artichoke hearts. Chop artichoke hearts into small pieces.
Mix green onions, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise and cheese in ungreased (1 qt.) casserole dish. Cover with lid or aluminum foil. Bake 20-25 mins or until hot. Serve with crackers, pita bread, etc...
