1/2 gr veal
1/4 gr pork
1 1/2 c soft bread crubs
1/4 c milk
1/2 c choppe doinon
1 3/4 c half and half
1/4 c finely chop parsley
1 t salt
 
1 t accent
1/4 t ginger
1/2-1 t coffee
1/2 t concentrated meat extract

mix meat. soak bread in milt 5 min. cook onion in butter until tender
combine meat, crum, oinon and half and half, parsley, seasongnst. brown...
