Ingredients
4 potatoes, boiled and chopped
2 tbsp chopped spring onions
1 onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
1 large capsicum, chopped
lettuce leaves
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
French Dressing , with coriander or parsley
Method
Tear the lettuce leaves.
Mix all the vegetables together.
Add the salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing on top.
Store in the refrigerator.
Serve cold.
