Ingredients

1 tbsp lemon juice 5 tbsp chopped corriander (dhania) 2 tbsp mint leaves (phudina), finely chopped 2 green chillies, chopped without seeds 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped 2 tbsp chopped celery 2 cloves of garlic (lehsun), grated 1 tbsp sugar salt to taste
Method Coarsely grind all the ingredients together in a mortar and pestle. Serve at room temperature.
