Cook pasta as directed, drain, and set aside. While pasta cooks, broil salmon fillet until done (I like to
season it with lemon pepper seasoning). Set aside when done.
Melt butter in a large saucepan over low
heat. Add the cream and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring constantly,
then add the parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper to taste. Turn the heat under the pan to very low,
and add the cooked pasta, and toss to coat. Break the salmon into large chunks into the pasta and sauce
and toss gently. Serve with extra grated parmesan.
