cook pasta; drain, stir in tomatoes, 1/4 t salt, parsley and 1/8 pepper. set aside and keep warm. Combine remianing 1/4 t salt, remining pepper and flour in a large shallow dish. Dredge fish in flour mixture. melt 1T butter ina a large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. add fish to pan; cook 1 1/2 min on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested w/ a fork or until desired degree of doneness. remove fish from pan; keep warm. Add wine, jice, and cpers to pan; cook 30 second. remove from heat. add remaining 2 T butter to pan; stir until butter melts. Serve fish w/ sauce and pasta
