in a small bowl, combine the first 10 ingredient. pour 3/4 c marinade into a large resealable bag; add onion and chidken. seal bag and turn to coat; refrigerate overnight. cover and refigerate marinade. if grilling the chken, coat grill rack w/ nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. drain the discard marinade. ghread chicken onto eith metal or soaked wooden skewers. grill, uncovered over med heat or broil 4 in from theheat for 8-10min or until not pink. brush w/ marinade.
