Grilled Chicken, Mango, and Jicama salad w/ Tequil

Ingredients
1/4 c orange jice
1/4 c sousauce
2t minced garlic
3/4 t chili powder
6-6oz skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 c orange joice
2T fresh lime jice
2 T tequila
2T olive oil
1 1/2 t honey
1/4 t pepper
1/8 t red pepper
salt
4-6in yellow corn tortiallas, ut into 1/2in strips
1/2t cumin
1/4t salt
`/4 t apprika - 1C jicama, mango, mixed baby greens
Instructions
to prepare chicken, combine first 5 ingredients in a ziploc. seal and marinage in frig 2 hr. vinaigrette; combine cilatro and next 8 ingredients in a msall bowl; stir w/ a whisk. chill until ready to serve. preheat oven to 350. place tortialla strips in large bowl. coat w/ cooking spray; toss, combine cumin, salt, paprika, and red pepper. sprinkly over strips; toss well. spread strips in a single layer on baking sheet. bake for 8 min. or until crisp. revoe from oven; cool. prepare grill. remove chicken from bag, discard marinade. sprinkle chicken w/ salt. place chicken on grill rack coated w/ cooking spray, and grill for 5 min on each side or until done. cut chcken into 1/2 in slices. combine jicama, mango, and greens in a large bowl. pour vinaigrette over jicama mixture and toss to coat.
