     Garlicky Spinach Dip

Ingredients
1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup grated asiago cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 (14 oz) can hearts of palm, drained and chopped
1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach (thawed, drained, and squeezed dry)
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 (6.5 oz) tub garlic and herb spreadable cheese
 

Instructions
Combine mozzerella, 1/4 cup asiago, and remaining ingredients until well blended. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish coated with olive oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/4 cup of asiago cheese. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Serve warm with tortilla chips or chunks of bread.
