     Honey wheat rolls

Ingredients
4 c whole wheat flour
4 C white flour
2 pkgs yeast
1t sugar
1/2 t baking soda
2 c milk
1/2 c butter
1/2c honey
2 lg eggs room temp
 

Instructions
large bol, combine 1 1/2 c of each flour, yest, sugar, and baking soda, and 2t salt; mix well. in saucepan, heat milk, butter, howny and 1/4 c water until butter melts and mix is 12-130degrees. with mixter at low spped, pour milk mix and eggs into flour mix. beat at med speed for 3 min. scraping bowl. stir int he remianing flours. kenad dough until smooth and elastic Place dough into greased bowl, turning once. cover and let rise until double Punch down and shpe dough into rolls. place on greased sheet and cover and let rise again until doubl BAke at 350 for 30-40 min. cover loosely w/ aluminum foil for last 10 min if rools brown too quickly.
