Preheat oven to 350. Lightly coat 8x4 loaf pan with cooking spray
Combine remaining ingredients with hands in mixing bowl untill well mixed. Mixing in half the ketchup mixture.
Pack into pan, bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. Take out, slice the meatloaf, spread on remaining ketchup mix, and return to oven for 10 additional minutes.
