Servings   4 shells

4 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tablespoon White Sugar
2 teaspoons Coarse Salt
1-3/4 cups Vegetable Shortening
1/2 cup Cold Water
1 Egg
1 tablespoon White Vinegar

In a medium bowl combine Flour, Sugar and Salt.Mix in shortning with a pastry blender or fork then set aside.
In a seperate bowl combine Water, Egg and Vinegar. Then add to dry ingredients.
Divide into 4 equal parts. freeze the parts not needed at this point. Knead until forms a soft ball then roll out into desired shape.
