     Sue's Basil Spinach Pasta

Ingredients
2 cups uncooked pasta - penne or bowtie
1 bunch fresh basil - chopped fine
3 cloves garlic diced
3/4 cup grated parmesan
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 small bag fresh spinach cut off stems and chop
salt
pepper
 
Instructions
Cook the pasta and drain Toss with the basil, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil Refrigerate When cool mix in the mayonnaise, cheese and spinach
