     Sticky Pigs

Ingredients
1 pkg thick sliced bacon
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
3/4 tsp powdered ginger
3/4 brown sugar
 

Instructions
Mix ingredients. Coat bacon and lay on cookie rack on cookie tray. Put tin foil on cookie tray so fat drips on there and makes for easy clean up.
Cook at 390 for 15-20 minutes or so. Should be crispy but not burnt. Have to watch carefully to time this right.
Make sure you use thick bacon as the thinner sliced will fall through the bars on the cookie rack. This is super important. Also, when you take the bacon out, it may still be a little flexible but once you put it into the fridge it will harden up some. You should also know that not eating a lot of it while making it is very difficult!
