1 pound lean ground beef, browned, crumbled and drained
1/2 cup prepared salsa
1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
1 (16 ounce) can chili beans (rinsed and drained)
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 grape tomatoes
jalopanos (optional)
sour cream (optional)
Instructions
Add taco seasoning and beans to ground beef in skillet. Cook for 10 minutes.
Cut up lettuce in a large bowl. Sprinkle taco meat (and any other optional toppings) over lettuce. Spread cheese on top of that and use salsa as dressing.

Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips and cheese dip and salsa.
