     Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of its juices
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and roughly chopped
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese (half can be substituted with motzerella )
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a casserole dish with nonstick spray.
Combine ingredients (except pepper jack cheese) thoroughly in a bowl and scrape and spread mixture into a small casserole dish.
Sprinkle the pepper jack cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheeses are bubbling and melted.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with tortilla chips.
