6 cups sliced peeled apple (Fuji, Braeburn, or Gala)
1 cup fresh cranberries
1/3 cup fresh orange juice
2 TBLS. granulated sugar
1 TBLS. cornstarch
Instructions
Preheat oven 375. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, level with knife. Combine flour, 1/4 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar and butter in a food processor; pulse 10 times or until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Combine apple and cranberries in a large bowl.
Combine juice and remaining ingredients; pour over apple mixture. Toss well. Spoon apple mixture into a 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with flour mixture.
Bake at 375 for 40 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
