     Aunt Billie's Pasta Bake

Ingredients
8 ounces of spagetti; cooked
1 lb Italian sausage; browned
1 medium bell pepper
1/2 medium onion
1 small can of sliced mushrooms
1 (26.5 oz) can spagetti sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes
2 cups shredded cheese
4 tbsp of butter
 
salt/pepper
Instructions
Add diced bell pepper and onion to browned sausage. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add drained can of mushrooms, undrained can of diced tomatoes, and spaghetti sauce.
Bring to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. After draining spaghetti noodles, add butter to spaghetti. Place spaghetti in deep casserole dish. Sprikle 1/2 cup of cheese over spaghetti. Pour meat mixture over spaghetti. Put remaining cheese on top and bake in preheated oven (425 degrees)for at least 10 minutes!
