     Prune Cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup oleo or Wesson oil
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp soda
2 cups self rising flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp allspice
1 cup buttermilk
 
1 cup prunes ( baby food)
1 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
Bake @ 300 for 55 minutes.Check with toothpick to make sure it's done.
Icing 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 tsp. soda 1 TBSp. corn syrup 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. oleo
