     Perfect Popcorn

Ingredients
Canola oil - 3 Tbsp
Popcorn - 1/3 cup
Butter
Salt - 1/4 tsp
 
Instructions
Heat oil on med hi. Add 3 or 4 kernels
When they pop add rest of popcorn. Cover and remove from heat for 30 seconds.
Return pan to heat. Shake and cook until pops drop to several seconds between pops.
Add butter and salt.
