     Mexican Rice

Ingredients
Vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
Long grain rice - 1 cup
Garlic salt - 1 tsp
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce - 1/2 cup
Chicken broth - 2 cups
 

Instructions
Heat oil over medium heat. Add rice and cook, stirring constantly, unit rice is puffed and golden.
Sprinkle with salt and cummin. Stir in onions and cook until tender.
Stir in tomato sauce and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
Fluff with fork.
