     Bray Family Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
Flour - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Butter - 1/2 cup
Cocoa - 3 tbsp
Water - 1 cup
Vanilla - 1 tbsp
Eggs - 2
Sour milk - (1/2 cup milk - vinegar 1 1/3 tsp - Baking soda - 1 tsp)
 
Powdered sugar - 1 box (for icing)
Cocoa - 3 tbsp (for icing)
Vanilla - 1 tsp (for icing)
Milk - 5 tbs (for icing)
Butter - 1 stick (for icing)
Walnuts - 1/2 cup (for icing)

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, and salt. In a separate bowl, melt butter and add cocoa, water, and vanilla.
In a third bowl, mix eggs and sour milk (or the 3 ingredients to make it). Now mix the content of all three bowls together in the largest bowl.
Cook 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
Icing - Melt butter and add cocoa and vanilla. Add milk. Add sugar slowly while mixing. Add nuts. Put on cake while the cake is still hot.
