1 lb boneless chicken breast , four pieces 4 oz each
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425, coat shallow pan with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine honey mustard, salt. pepper, dill and scallioins; remove 1/3 c set aside.
Place corn flakes crumbs in a shallow bowl, dip chicken into dressing mixture and then cornflake crumbs, place in prepared pan.
Bake until chicken is golden and no longer pink about 15 minutes. Drizzle remaining dressing mixture (reserved 1/3 cup) over chicken breasts and serve.

Yields 1 piece of chicken and 1 1/3 Tbsp dressing per serving.
