Cook over low heat 2 minutes stirring constantly 1/3 cup milk, continue stirring until mixture comes to a boil
Remove from heat- Blend in 1 lb confectioners sugar gradually 1/2 tsp vanilla. Mix well
Apply to 4 layers of cake. If you want to ice around cake double recipe.
To Thin frosting use small amount of cream or milk if necessary
