3 boneless skinless chicken breast cut into ½ inch strips
2/3 cup of Bisquick mix
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon of garlic salt
½ teaspoon of paprika
1 egg slightly beaten
3 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray. In 1-gallon resealable Ziploc bag, mix Bisquick, cheese, salt and paprika.
Dip about half of the chicken in the egg and place in the bag. Seal bag and shake to coat chicken.
Place chicken on cookie sheet. Repeat with the rest of the chicken and place on cookie sheet. Drizzle melted butter over chicken.
Bake 12-14 minutes, turning halfway though bake time.
