Ingredients
2 cups plain nonfat yogurt
1 can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 ripe medium banana
4 packets sugar substitute
1 cup ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients in blender. Cover. Blend until smooth.
