Peel, boil and mash the potatoes. Allow the mash to cool of, then
mix it with the egg, the flour and the salt. Chop the bacon and
the onion, fry, add pepper and allow to cool of. Take the potato
dough and form a thick roll, cut the roll in suitably sized pieces.
Shape the pieces into buns and fill the buns with the stuffing.
Make sure the buns are sealed tightly. Fill a large saucepan with
water, add salt. When the water is boiling, put a few of the pork
dumplings in the water. Let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
They are ready when they float to the surface of the water. Enjoy
pork dumplings with running butter and cow berry jam.
