4 chicken breasts, cooked and skinless
|

1 cup cream or half-and-half
|

4 canned jalapeno peppers
|
| |
1 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
|

2 tablespoons butter, melted
|

8 slices cheese

Instructions |

Blend cream, jalapeno peppers, bouillon and butter.
|
|
|
|
Cut each chicken breast in half. Place halve chicken breasts in a buttered casserole. Salt and pepper to taste.

Pour sauce over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until hot.

|
|
Add cheese slices and bake until cheese melts.
