     Pork Tenderloin - Brown Sugar Glazed

Ingredients
1 lb pork tenderloin
3 garlic cloves
2 Tbl. light brown sugar
2 tsp. Montreal steak seasoning
1 Tbl. butter
 

Instructions
Crush garlic. Stir in brown sugar and steak seasoning.
Cut tenderloin diagonally into about 8 one inch thick slices. Press both sides of pork into garlic mixture.
Place 1 Tbl. butter into saute pan and swirl to coat. Cook pork 5-6 minutes per side until well browned and internal temp. reaches 160 deg. `
Service size 2 slices. 230 cal. 9 grams fat, 440 mg. sodium, 8 grams carb.
