Crush garlic. Stir in brown sugar and steak seasoning.

Cut tenderloin diagonally into about 8 one inch thick slices. Press both sides of pork into garlic mixture.

Place 1 Tbl. butter into saute pan and swirl to coat. Cook pork 5-6 minutes per side until well browned and internal temp. reaches 160 deg. `

|
